A case of histiocytosis syndrome in 16-months-old female infant was presented, who had characteristic clinical and histopathological findings.
The patient manifested generalized lymphadenopathy, bone lesions, p,ilmonary inti´trations, anA hepatomegaly, with association of the anemia and thrombocytopenia.
The authors report the case with review of the pertinent literatures.
